Nashville CARES’s DART Program Specialist will distribute Harm Reduction and syringe exchange supplies, provide free HIV/HCV testing and PrEP referrals for PrEP NoW, and access to In-Home HIV test kits, condoms, and lube. To receive Harm Reduction and syringe exchange supplies, you must meet with Nashville CARES’s DART Program Specialist to complete a Participant Information Form.
