30th Annual Nashville AIDS Walk

The 30th Annual Nashville AIDS Walk will be held on October 2, 2021 and is Tennessee’s oldest continuously running HIV/AIDS fundraiser and advocacy event. The Nashville AIDS Walk is similar to other AIDS Walk events throughout the country, organized to raise awareness and financial support for the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

Our Celebration of Hope Gala

The Celebration of Hope Gala is a formal affair that includes an inspirational program detailing Nashville CARES mission and ending the HIV epidemic. Guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner, unique entertainment, live and silent auctions, and an opportunity to mix and mingle with local business leaders and health professionals. All proceeds from Celebration of Hope will help provide support services and care for those at-risk and living with HIV. This year, the August 14, 2021 The Celebration of Hope Gala will be virtual.

Tuesday, April 20, 2021 – Local restaurants participate by donating a percentage of sales from the day to Nashville CARES. This city-wide event involves more than 20,000 diners, more than 100 volunteers and over 60 Nashville area restaurants.

December 5, 2019 – The Red Ribbon Breakfast was held at the Cal Turner Family Center for Student Education at Meharry Medical College. More than 200 people attended the ticketed event that included elected officials, members of the private and public healthcare sectors, members of the faith community as well as local community leaders.
