The first step in volunteering at Nashville CARES is to set up an appointment to meet with the Volunteer Manager at Nashville CARES and fill out an application.
Email us or phone Diane Bracey, Human Resources Manager at 615-259-4866 x288 to make your appointment. Please bring the names and addresses of two personal references to the meeting. Diane will discuss your interests, time constraints, and available volunteer opportunities with you one-on-one.
Nashville CARES also requires volunteers to attend a Volunteer Orientation/Training. We offer these sessions bi-monthly on Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings depending on the season, and may schedule additional sessions as needed.
