Men's Programs

Unsafe homosexual behavior accounts for 40% of all new infections in Middle Tennessee. African American men, especially those under age 25, are especially at risk. CARES provides men with a broad, comprehensive set of resources to assist them in overcoming the many social, emotional, cultural and physical barriers to health and well being, particularly in staying HIV free:

  • Brothers United © - same gender loving men of color provide programs and services locally, regionally, throughout the state and nationally. Learn More
  • The Circuit © - generations of gay and bi-sexual men come together to define and promote healthy, sex positive values and skills to prevent HIV infection. Join the party! Learn More
  • Young Brothers United © - a peer-based program specifically for young African American gay/bisexual/transgendered men under the age of 25, uniquely young, uniquely proud! Learn More
