Artrageous is a benefit for Nashville CARES, organized by the board and volunteers of Artrageous, Inc., an independent non-profit supporting the fight against HIV/AIDS. Artrageous includes receptions at selected fine-art galleries in Nashville followed by a dance party. Artrageous 23, "Gems & Jewels" is scheduled for Saturday, November 13, 2010. Dining Out For Life voted “Best Night to Dine Out” by the Nashville Scene’s Readers Poll (2007) will take place on Tuesday, April 26, 2011. This event continues to showcase top restaurants in Middle Tennessee. The annual event that raised $90,000 in 2010 for local HIV/AIDS support services and prevention education will plan to be even better this year! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, April 26, to Dine Out and Fight AIDS in Middle TN! See website for restaurant and sponsor details. The 2010 Nashville AIDS Walk was an amazing success. With the generous support of the local community we were able to raise over $185,000 benefiting Nashville CARES. Your donations and support make it possible for us to continue to the fight against HIV/AIDS throughout Middle Tennessee. Thank you for all that supported this year’s walk. Please mark your calendars the 2011 Nashville AIDS Walk will be on Saturday September 24, 2011 at Riverfront Park. Funds raised by community events such as Dining Out for Life, the AIDS Walk, and Artrageous help pay for everything Nashville CARES does to fight HIV/AIDS in 17 counties of Middle Tennessee. Our work ranges from prevention education for people from all walks of life to practical, emotional and social support services for neighbors living with HIV or AIDS.
